Dinkum Birds are Back!

Wildwood Fine Art have reintroduced a selection of Charles Smith's beautiful Australian bird designs. Each bird is individually made from selected plantation hoop pine and is hand painted to reflect the diversity of nature.  Each bird comes in a lovely calico bag with a tag explaining the particular design so they make lovely gifts.

Wildwood make a donation to the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) for each Dinkum bird sold, reflecting their passion for wildlife.

The following birds will be available - Sulphur Crested Cockatoo, Wren, Crimson Rosella, King Parrot, Kookaburra, Lorikeet (Aug), Galah (Aug), Eastern Rosella, Magpie, Barn Owl (Sep), Bee Eater, Regent Bower, Azure Kingfisher & Willy Wagtail.

The birds are made in pairs of male and female, however you can purchase individually or as a pair. Some birds now come in a natural look with a silk laquer finish which shows off the beautiful grained wood.

I will be making an order in the coming weeks so let me know if you wish to pre-order. Some birds will only be available from Aug & Sep.  I have a brochure at the gallery which you are welcome to peruse.
